Bryan has been providing management consulting services to federal, provincial and international governments and agencies since 1985. He has extensive experience in the areas of program evaluation and review, performance measurement, training and development, and facilitation of large group meetings in cross-cultural environments. Bryan is also an experienced trainer, and has provided training in performance measurement and evaluation to over a thousand managers and staff in public service and not-for profit organizations. Bryan is fluent in English and French.
With 25 years of experience working in Canada and abroad, with public, private, multilateral, bilateral and non-governmental organizations, Jonathan has led and contributed to projects focusing on the economy; energy, natural resources and the environment; health; peace and security; science and technology; and indigenous peoples. He brings to these projects an emphasis on the processes and institutions of governance, institutional strengthening and capacity building, public sector reform, and performance monitoring, evaluation and review. Jonathan’s extensive experience providing strategic advice directly to senior public sector executives, specifically with regard to organizational change and improving performance, has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor. He has a successful track record managing highly skilled, cross-cultural, multidisciplinary teams within complex, large-scale participatory projects, notably the 2014 Implementation of the Northwest Territories Lands and Resources Devolution Agreement. Jonathan holds a PhD in entomology and was elected a Fellow of the Royal Entomological Society for his contribution to insect science.

He has demonstrated the ability to provide strategic management advice directly to senior executives, as well as to lead large multidisciplinary teams in the sustainable implementation of change. Jim brings a broad and deep understanding of performance measurement and evaluation, strategic and business planning, governance, and program design and management, especially related to organizations in the health, natural resources, and science and technology sectors, and those serving Aboriginal Canadians.
Sarah has over ten years of experience providing consulting supports to federal, provincial and municipal governments, as well as the private and not-for-profit sectors. She has a deep understanding of what it takes to help drive organizational success. As a facilitator, trainer and executive coach, Sarah's skills and knowledge touch on almost all aspects of management consulting. Sarah specializes in the development and implementation of Performance Measurement and Management Frameworks, helping her clients break down their organizational and management processes into components that can be measured and assessed, optimizing their performance and contribution to broader organizational goals and objectives.
