Bryan Bell, fluently bilingual, has been consulting for over 25 years in managing and participating in evaluations, reviews, and performance measurement projects, facilitating training and instruction in performance measurement, developing and implementing logic models, and developing performance measurement frameworks. He has been the keynote speaker on Performance Measurement and Evaluation at the Financial Management Institute of Canada's (Ontario Chapter) Conference in 2011 and in 2010, the Citizenship and Immigration Immigrant and Settlement Adaptation Program Conference in 2009 and 2010, and the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Ontario Government's conferences in 2010 and 2009.
