Jim has an exceptional record of assisting organizations through strategic and tactical change. He has demonstrated the ability to provide strategic management advice directly to senior executives, as well as to lead large multidisciplinary teams in the sustainable implementation of change. Jim brings a broad and deep understanding of performance measurement and evaluation, strategic and business planning, governance, and program design and management, especially related to organizations in the health, natural resources, and science and technology sectors, and those serving Indigenous Canadians.
Sarah has over ten years of experience providing consulting supports to federal, provincial and municipal governments, as well as the private and not-for-profit sectors. She has a deep understanding of what it takes to help drive organizational success. As a facilitator, trainer and executive coach, Sarah's skills and knowledge touch on almost all aspects of management consulting. Sarah specializes in the development and implementation of Performance Measurement and Management Frameworks, helping her clients break down their organizational and management processes into components that can be measured and assessed, optimizing their performance and contribution to broader organizational goals and objectives.
Jonathan has 30 years of experience in Canada and internationally, across sectors including the economy and employment, education, energy, natural resources and the environment, infrastructure, health, peace, security and justice, science and technology, and social development. His work extends to diverse communities, including women, youth, 2SLGBTQI+ individuals, and Indigenous Peoples, their communities, organizations, and governments. Jonathan has worked with a wide range of organizations, including public, private, non-governmental, bilateral and multilateral, focusing on the processes and institutions of governance, institutional strengthening, capacity building, public sector reform, devolution, and reconciliation. He has successfully managed highly skilled, cross-cultural, multidisciplinary teams within complex, large-scale participatory projects. Jonathan holds a Credentialed Evaluator designation from the Canadian Evaluation Society, a PhD in entomology, and was elected a Fellow of the Royal Entomological Society for his contributions to science.
